Thayer Upholstery Inc. was established in 1955 by Edwin Albert Thayer and is currently operated by the family's third generation. Their goal is to provide you with state of the art furniture to accommodate any look or style. Each piece they create is done so by hand and has their master craftsman's focused attention, guaranteeing excellence and beauty. Their attention to each piece enables them to alter the furniture to fit your needs just as a tailor would alter a fine suit.

Darcie Blackerby

Darcie graduated in 2008 from Oklahoma State University with a degree in interior design. Upon graduation she started working for Tulsa interior designer, Charles Faudree. She worked alongside Charles for almost 5 years developing a love and respect for his Country French style. Approaching his retirement, Darcie partnered with The Thayer's on the showroom and design studio in Tulsa. Although her passion still lies with her mentor's style; she is excited that she now has the opportunity to work with a diversity of styles.
